With a $25,000 USD deposit, a specific residence can be reserved for a period of one month from the date when the prospective buyer has received the purchase and sale agreement, floor plan, and pricing and payment terms. This deposit will be held in a master escrow account with the Wespac Bank of Tonga. If after a month the buyer decides not to purchase, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the prospective buyer decides to move ahead by signing a sales contract, the $25,000 deposit will be applied toward the required down payment. Down payment will be the total amount of the Lot premium of $75,000 $USD. Once construction commences a $50,000 USD deposit is required for stage one, foundation, framing, roofing. Stage  two requires $50,000 USD for, Interior walls, windows,plumbing, fixtures, doors, and finish carpentry. The rest will be due upon construction.
